Shipping Charges and Reshipments


All orders ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free, with no customs duties or import fees.
A shipping charge applies only in these cases:

- Return postage, when you send an item back to us
- Reshipment of an order that could not be delivered because the address given was wrong or incomplete, the package was refused, or it went unclaimed and was sent back to us

If a package returns to us for one of these reasons, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The reshipment fee covers sending the order out again and must be paid before it ships. If you prefer not to have it resent, we will refund the item price, minus the original outbound shipping cost.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: We allow a 24-hour window from the time of purchase for order cancellations. Once this period has passed, your order will have entered our international fulfillment process.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times. For more details, please view our full Return Policy.
