Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, with all original tags attached.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@maisoneuf.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide the return instructions and shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Original Shipping Fees

  • If your original order included a shipping charge, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, only the product amount will be refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label if required.
  • You may choose between a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
