How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and arrive about 4-6 business days after that, roughly 5-9 business days in total. Shipping is free.
How do I track my order?

You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking goes live 2-3 business days later, and you can check it any time on our Track My Order page.
What if my order is cancelled?

If we ever need to cancel an order, we will email you the reason and refund you in full straight away. You can also cancel your own order within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships, by emailing info@maisoneuf.com.
How do I return something?

You have 30 days from delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@maisoneuf.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is covered by you, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund your original payment method. It usually lands within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank. There are no restocking fees.
